Vicki S. Horst (licensed in Virginia 2001) is a lifelong resident of the Richmond area and a graduate of Meadowbrook High School.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Virginia in 1990, and her Juris Doctor from the T. C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond in 2000.  Prior to law school, Mrs. Horst worked for several years in mortgage lending. This background makes her uniquely qualified for her real estate practice, which includes both residential and commercial transactions.  Mrs. Horst also handles wills and trusts and business-related matters, and is fluent in American Sign Language. She resides in Prince George County with her husband, Glenn.
