C. FRANK MORTON, III is a lifelong resident of the Richmond area, and a graduate of Huguenot High School. He received an undergraduate degree in business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and the Juris Doctor degree from the T. C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond. Prior to law school, Mr. Morton served as Administrative Assistant to the President at Citizens Savings and Loan Association. This background makes Mr. Morton uniquely qualified for his real estate and business related practice. Mr. Morton serves as Chairman of the Board of Bon Air Title Agency, Inc. He is married to the former Kay Powell and has three daughters and two grandsons.
