STEPHEN C. HALL graduated from Dickinson College in 1971 and from Vermont Law School in 1977. He has lectured on legal topics to attorneys and certified public accountants, and has extensive experience in business related litigation in state and federal court. He maintains a general civil practice that includes collections, construction and real estate law. Mr. Hall is a past President of the Chesterfield County Bar Association, and has held leadership positions in the Bar Association of the City of Richmond and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Vestry of Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Michael’s Episcopal School, and former President of the Bon Air Business Association. Mr. Hall is listed in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America. He resides in Midlothian with his wife Kristi and their three children.
